Welcome to CompRight. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

CompRight provides comparable-sales analysis and AI-assisted photo insight tools that let users search for and evaluate a property, select comparable sales, and generate valuation reports.

2. Not a Licensed Appraisal

CompRight produces a comparable-sales-based value estimate for research and evidence purposes. It is not a licensed appraisal, broker price opinion, or other regulated valuation product, and it is not a substitute for a licensed appraiser or other professional when one is legally or contractually required. Every report generated by CompRight states this.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the platform, or use it to build a competing product.

4. User Content and Uploaded Photos

You retain ownership of any photos or property information you upload. By using the service, you grant CompRight a limited license to process, analyze, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Insights

Photo condition insights, comp reasoning, and confidence summaries are generated using artificial intelligence. Outputs are intended to support your own judgment and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. Review AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

CompRight is offered as a monthly subscription with a monthly pool of uses. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing & Plans in Settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, add to, or discontinue features at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CompRight is not liable for decisions made based on its valuation estimates or AI-generated insights, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
