This policy explains how CompRight collects, uses, and protects your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information (name, email, and sign-in data)
• Property and comparable-sale data you search for or enter
• Photos you upload, and photos and listing details CompRight retrieves from public and licensed real estate data sources
• Generated reports and AI-derived insights
• Billing information, handled by our payment processor (see Section 3)
• Usage and interaction data needed to operate and improve the service

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the comp-search, valuation, and reporting features
• Process property photos to generate AI condition and comp insights
• Manage billing, subscriptions, and monthly usage allowances
• Respond to support requests and send account-related notices

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to deliver the service, including Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (AI photo and text analysis), Cloudflare R2 (private photo storage), and real estate listing data providers. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their part of the service.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your analyses, reports, and uploaded photos are retained for as long as your account is active, so your work is never unexpectedly lost. We do not currently delete data on a fixed schedule. A configurable retention window is reserved in our systems in case a future compliance requirement makes one necessary — if that changes, we will update this policy and notify affected customers before it takes effect.

5. Data Usage

We do not sell your personal data. Uploaded photos are stored privately and are used only to provide the service on your own analyses — they are never made public or used to train models for other customers.

6. Your Rights

You can close your account at any time from Settings. You may also request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including access-controlled storage and encrypted connections, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

CompRight is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
